The beautiful villas at Icon The Residences are now nearing completion, with construction on schedule to be completed by the end of November. It’s exciting news for the international buyers of properties here who will be putting the finishing touches to their new homes soon.

They say the most exciting part of buying a new property is moving in and having it decorated. Well, the new luxurious villas that make up the gated community of Icon The Residences Villas are reaching completion now – just missing final touches of landscaping and kitchen installation, with interior designers working on styling the individual villas in advance of the owners taking delivery of gorgeous, ready to move into villas in a wonderful golf country club environment near the beach.

The First Occupation Licence has been requested and is due to be granted soon, well in time for the handover of brand-new homes to the first of the happy owners at Icon The Residences during the first quarter of 2021. This means we will have to decorate a new show home, which will be ready for viewing by mid-January 2021.
